**Position:** Admission Counsellor

## About the Role
Brickwicks Company is looking for a passionate and result-oriented **Admission Counsellor** to guide students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counselling abilities, and experience in handling student inquiries and conversions.
## Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students and parents regarding various academic programs and admission procedures.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in leads.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or colleges.
* Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
* Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in CRM/Excel.
* Coordinate with colleges and internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
* Assist students with documentation and application procedures.
* Achieve monthly admission targets and provide regular reports.
## Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, or student recruitment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
