Role Description The Admission Counsellor will work on-site in Bhopal in a full-time capacity, guiding NEET UG and NEET PG aspirants through the counseling and admission process for medical colleges in India and abroad. Daily responsibilities include meeting and communicating with prospective students and families, understanding their academic background and goals, and advising them on suitable institutions and programs. The role involves explaining admission procedures, counseling schedules, documentation requirements, fees, and scholarship options, as well as assisting with application form filling and follow-ups. The Admission Counsellor will maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions, respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in queries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear and updated information is shared. The position also includes participating in outreach activities, seminars, and events to increase awareness of the services offered by Top Clg Overseas.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with students and families.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused support.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to convert inquiries into admissions in an ethical and transparent manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, ideally in academic counseling, medical education, or related fields.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related discipline are preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously are beneficial.
- Comfort with basic computer applications, online counseling platforms, and maintaining digital records is advantageous.
- Prior experience in admission counseling, test preparation, or medical education guidance is an added benefit.
