Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about Swasthika Academy courses and career programs.
- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online enquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into paid admissions.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, benefits, and career support.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with students throughout the admission and onboarding process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented.
- Basic CRM and computer knowledge.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Monthly Target: 15–20 successful enrollments.
