Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline
- Handle end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Provide information on courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
