Job Description – Admission Counsellor (Junior & Senior Roles)
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Open Positions
We are hiring for 2 roles:
- Junior Admission Counsellor (0–3 years / Freshers welcome) (upto 3LPA)
- Senior Admission Counsellor (3–5 years experience) (upto 4.2LPA)
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students through the admission process, convert leads into enrollments, and contribute to organizational growth.
Senior candidates will additionally be responsible for mentoring junior team members and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
For Both Roles
- Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, and career opportunities
- Handle inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Guide applicants through the admission process (application to enrollment)
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Achieve individual admission/sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
Additional Responsibilities (Senior Role)
- Convert high-value leads and ensure higher closure ratios
- Mentor and guide junior counsellors
- Support team in achieving monthly targets
- Handle escalations and complex student queries
- Collaborate with management for process improvements
Eligibility Criteria
Junior Admission Counsellor
- HSC / Bachelor’s degree
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
Senior Admission Counsellor
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in admissions / EdTech / sales
- Proven track record of achieving targets
Skills & Competencies (Both Roles)
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
- Strong persuasion and counselling ability
- Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in EdTech / Education industry
- Passion for guiding students in career decisions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
