Role: Admission Counsellor

Smartwork Labs IAS Academy invites smart, energetic individuals to be a part of its family. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, addressing queries, and supporting enrolment targets through effective counselling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career pathways.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate student records and databases.
- Support admission conversions and achieve enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission activities and events.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive applicant experience.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools preferred.
Experience:
- Min. 1 year of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship roles.
- Experience in the education/coaching industry will be an added advantage.
