About The Role
Aviyana International School is looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to drive student admissions, guide parents, and represent the school professionally. The role requires strong communication, relationship management, and conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads)
- Counsel parents and students about school curriculum, facilities, and offerings
- Conduct school tours and presentations
- Follow up with prospective parents to convert leads into admissions
- Maintain admission records and CRM/database
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding
- Participate in admission drives, events, and promotional activities
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream)
- 15 years of experience in education counselling / sales / customer relationship roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of school admission processes preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
