We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team at PW Dwarka for the roles of Admission Counsellor and Senior Admission Counsellor.
Role: Admission CounsellorKey Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Guide students regarding courses, curriculum, and admission process
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and counselling
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
Role: Senior Admission CounsellorKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of counsellors
- Drive admission targets and ensure team performance
- Handle high-value or critical leads and conversions
- Monitor follow-ups and maintain pipeline hygiene
- Provide training and mentorship to team members
- Coordinate with management for strategy and reporting
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in counselling/sales (EdTech preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
