We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Counsellor who has personally navigated the UPSC journey. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience and counselling skills to guide aspirants, helping them make informed decisions and stay motivated throughout their preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to UPSC aspirants on course selection, preparation strategies, and study plans.
- Handle student queries and offer accurate information about programs and offerings.
- Share practical insights and real-life experiences from your UPSC preparation journey.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
- Motivate and mentor students to stay focused and consistent in their preparation.
Eligibility & Requirements:- Experience: Prior experience in UPSC counselling is mandatory.
- Academic Requirement: Must have appeared in UPSC Civil Services Prelims and Mains Examination.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Core Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, empathy towards aspirants, and in-depth knowledge of UPSC syllabus and exam pattern.
