Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admission process, providing information about pilot training, eligibility criteria, and courses offered. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, counseling students and parents, assisting with application submissions, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and working closely with the sales and admissions team to achieve recruitment goals. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with students while ensuring excellent customer service and support throughout the enrollment process.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and interact with students and parents
- Abilities in customer service and sales to engage prospective students and promote the academy’s offerings
- Knowledge of education processes, particularly related to career counseling and admissions
- Proficiency in organization, time management, and maintaining detailed records
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Previous experience in academic counseling, sales, or a related role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field preferred
