Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Hyderabad, involves guiding and assisting prospective students in their journey to join the AI Filmmaking Cohort. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with potential applicants, responding to inquiries, providing detailed program information, and facilitating the application process. The Counsellor will also collaborate with the admissions team to execute outreach strategies and ensure a positive onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in Customer Service skills to address inquiries, concerns, and provide support effectively.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including promoting educational programs and meeting enrolment targets.
- Experience in the Education domain, with a passion for guiding aspiring learners.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Proficiency in using communication and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a preference for Education, Marketing, or related fields.
Pay Scale: Around 25,000 per month (slightly negotiable)
