Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, engaging with applicants to address their queries, and providing detailed information about the programs offered. The role includes managing application databases, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with various teams to ensure a seamless admission process. The position also involves contributing to the development of outreach strategies and representing the institution in educational fairs and events as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using admission-related platforms and CRM tools
- Experience in educational counseling, admissions, or customer-service roles
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage application and enrollment processes efficiently
- Knowledge of emerging trends in education and aptitude for presenting program offerings
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
- Prior experience in higher education institutions or student recruitment is an advantage
