About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Admission Counsellors to join our dynamic Inside Sales team for DSJ Keeplearning. You will play a crucial role in guiding
prospective students and working professionals through their higher education journey by helping them choose the right programs under the IFIM Institutions ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on various Undergraduate (UG) and
Postgraduate (PG) programs such as BBA, BBA LLB, B.Com, BCA, MBA/PGDM, B.Des, B.Tech, etc, and international pathway programs.
- Interact with leads through multiple communication channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.) in a consultative and solution-oriented manner.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets across assigned programs.
- Accurately record and manage all candidate interactions and data in the CRM system.
- Engage with 150–200 prospects daily through calls and follow-ups to build a strong application pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion and student experience.
- Maintain updated knowledge of program details, admission criteria, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in outreach events, webinars, and campus visits when required (travel up to 25%).
Qualifications s Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, inside sales, or admissions in the
education industry (UG/PG programs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Languages: English, Hindi
Working Days
Monday to Saturday (Full-time, on-site role;)
