Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for the position of Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing information on academic programs and institutional policies. Key tasks include conducting face-to-face and virtual counseling sessions, maintaining strong relationships with applicants, addressing inquiries, and promoting the university's programs. Additionally, the role involves active participation in marketing and outreach efforts to drive student enrollment.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries and ensure a positive experience for prospective students and families
- Sales and Education skills to promote university programs and guide admissions in alignment with institutional objectives
- Proficiency in relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet enrollment targets
- Good understanding of educational systems and industry trends is a plus
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
