Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in South Delhi. Responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about courses and career opportunities, and assisting with application and enrollment procedures. The Admission Counsellor will also handle inquiries, respond to applicant queries, and collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide a positive experience for prospective students
- Sales and persuasive communication capabilities to achieve enrollment objectives and promote institute programs
- Familiarity with the education sector and willingness to stay updated on industry and course trends
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or education is a plus
