Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Organize activities to generate leads for prospective students
2. Contacting educational Institutions and channel partners
3. Making outbound calls and converting them into admissions.
4. Counselling the prospective students via Phone, Email and in Person
5. Conducting student webinars and seminars
6. Handling campus walk-ins and enquiries
7. Online counselling & presentations
8. Achieving weekly, monthly & yearly targets
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum Graduation with at least 2 Years of relevant experience
2. Only candidates residing in Kolkata and Kolkata suburbs
3. Experience of working on Lead Management System (LMS), preferred
2. Excellent Communication skills.
3. Experience in UG/PG student counselling and tele-counseling.
4. Should be able to handle Face to Face counselling.
5. Should be ready to travel for various GDPI sessions, Education Fairs etc.
6. Should be able to handle multiple calls.
7. Confident & Energetic candidates with a positive approach on conversions.
8. Able to work on targets.
