Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at GLA University's Sadar location. The Admission Counsellor will assist prospective students throughout the admissions process by addressing their queries, providing accurate information about university programs, and offering exceptional customer service. The role includes promoting the university's programs, guiding students to make informed decisions, and maintaining records of communication. The Admission Counsellor will also coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, essential for interacting with prospective students and parents effectively.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to address inquiries, provide support, and promote programs offered by the university.
- Knowledge of the Education sector and the ability to guide students on course options and academic planning.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
