Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide accurate information about programs, and support enrollment goals through effective counseling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
- Handle walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and campus inquiries
- Conduct campus tours and explain facilities and offerings
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
- Assist applicants throughout the admission process (forms, documentation, deadlines)
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding
- Participate in admission events, seminars, and outreach activities
- Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
