Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram for the role of Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students in their educational pursuits by providing personalized advice on courses, universities, and programs. Responsibilities include understanding candidate needs, managing student inquiries, assisting with the application process, and fostering long-term relationships. The role also entails coordination with the internal team to ensure a seamless experience for all students while maintaining a candidate-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for assisting students and addressing their queries effectively
- Knowledge in educational programs and universities to provide accurate information and guidance
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling applications and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand student needs and suggest relevant solutions
- Proficiency in technology and tools to manage admissions-related tasks efficiently
- Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with students and contributing to their educational success
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; experience in counseling or the education industry is a plus
