Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Mohali district. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students and parents, provide guidance about educational programs, and advise on admissions processes. They will handle inquiries, establish strong customer relationships, maintain records, and contribute to student enrollment targets. The role involves providing excellent customer service and addressing queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability in sales and relationship-building
- Knowledge or background in education and student guidance preferred
- Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in admissions counseling or related fields is advantageous
