Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about programs and admission processes. Responsibilities include guiding students towards higher education opportunities, addressing inquiries, handling admissions-related correspondence, and achieving enrollment targets through strategic engagement. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance student support services.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Proven proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
- Experience in the Education sector or an understanding of higher education systems and processes
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Goal-oriented with a collaborative, proactive, and customer-first mindset
- Prior experience in admissions counseling will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and local languages is a plus
