Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the enrollment process, assist them in understanding program offerings, and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing counseling and accurate course information based on students' needs, maintaining records, and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and follow-ups. The role necessitates working closely with various teams to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and support for prospective candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and problem-solving
- Sales acumen for guiding and converting inquiries into admissions
- Knowledge or experience in Education counseling and career guidance
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple inquiries efficiently
- Positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience in admissions counseling or student services is advantageous
