We're Hiring – Admission Counsellor (Work From Home)
Position: Admission Counsellor
Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Joining Date: 13th July
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Resolve candidate queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
- Sales or counselling experience is preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working from home.
