**British Columbia College of Management (BCCM)** is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Academic Counsellor** to join our team.
๐ **Location:** Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida
๐ผ **Experience:** Fresher to 1 Year
๐ฐ **Salary:** โน20,000 โ โน22,000 per month
๐ **Employment Type:** Full-Time
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
* Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
* Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and other relevant information.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
* Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth student onboarding.
* Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.
* Build a positive relationship with students and parents throughout the admission process.
### **Requirements:**
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with calling, counselling, and follow-ups.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
* Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred.
