Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Admission Counsellor at Basu Classes. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students and their families to provide detailed information about courses and programs, guide them through the admissions process, and address queries. The role includes developing and maintaining relationships with students, managing the admission pipeline, and assisting in new student onboarding. The counsellor will also collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless experience for students during their enrollment journey.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven Customer Service experience with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
- Ability to engage in Sales-related activities and effectively communicate program benefits
- Familiarity with the education sector and experience working with students is highly desirable
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent certifications; experience in admissions or counseling is a plus
