Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process. Key responsibilities include counseling students about available courses, addressing inquiries, maintaining student records, scheduling and coordinating admission procedures, and achieving enrollment targets while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing counseling and handling student and parent interactions
- Organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage student records, schedules, and admissions processes
- Customer service skills and a student-first approach
- Familiarity with the education sector, particularly competitive exam preparation, is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; candidates with a background in education or counseling will be preferred
