Admission Counsellor – Engineering & Pharmacy Programs
Accurate Group of Institutions is hiring passionate and driven professionals for the role of Admission Counsellor for our Engineering and Pharmacy programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills with the ability to guide students and parents throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admission enquiries generated through Google campaigns, digital platforms, and other lead sources
- Counsel students and parents regarding Engineering and Pharmacy courses, eligibility, career prospects, fee structure, scholarships, and campus facilities
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, interactions, and admission status in CRM/software
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure timely response to all leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents
- Achieve admission and conversion targets assigned by the management
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in admission counselling, telesales, education sales, or student counselling preferred
- Prior experience in marketing/promoting Engineering and Pharmacy programs will be highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable handling telephonic counselling and lead management
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated individual
