Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about the programs offered and assisting with necessary documentation. Daily responsibilities will include engaging with students and parents, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. Additionally, the Admission Counsellor will contribute to student support through tailored guidance and recommendations aligned with their educational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse individuals
- Customer Service and Sales skills to address concerns, promote programs, and support applicants efficiently
- A background in Education or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation for counseling prospective students
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Hindi) and English is highly desirable
- Prior experience in admission counseling, student support, or a similar role is a plus
