Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor – Sales, located in Bengaluru. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about academic programs, addressing inquiries, building strong relationships with clients, assisting with enrollment decisions, and achieving sales targets. The counselor will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive experience for students while meeting organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Customer Service expertise, ensuring a client-focused approach
- Experience in Sales with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Understanding of or experience in the Education sector
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site and collaborative environment
- Graduation in any discipline is required; additional certifications in sales or education counseling are advantageous
