Role Summary
We are looking for Admission Counsellors to join our growing team and play a critical role in guiding prospective learners toward the right career programs. This role involves engaging with interested candidates, understanding their educational and career goals, and counselling them on suitable Freshskills training programs. This is not a transactional sales role - it requires clarity, responsibility, and ethical counselling. However, it is also performance-driven, with 30–50% revenue sharing on successful admissions. Your growth and earnings are directly linked to the value you deliver and the admissions you close.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the complete admission lifecycle from first interaction to confirmed enrollment
· Engage with inbound student leads via calls, WhatsApp, and structured follow-ups
· Understand candidate background, goals, and skill gaps before recommending programs
· Clearly explain program curriculum, delivery format, timelines, pricing, and outcomes
· Address doubts and objections with logic, transparency, and professionalism
· Drive enrollments without mis-selling or false commitments
· Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and admission reports
· Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admission targets aligned with revenue goals
Compensation & Earning Potential (Transparent)
· 30%–50% commission on revenue generated
