🎯 Job Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career paths
Handle inbound & outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups
Guide students through the complete admission process
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly
Achieve weekly & monthly admission targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Sales or counseling experience preferred
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
