Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and building successful career paths. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a student-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on HVAC, Heat Pump, and technical training courses
Understand student needs and suggest suitable career paths
Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities clearly
Handle admissions and enrollment process
Follow up with leads and maintain student database
Support students throughout their learning journey
Coordinate with training and placement teams
Requirements:
Any degree (Diploma / Graduate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of technical courses (preferred)
Sales or counselling experience is an added advantage
Passion for guiding and helping students
