Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development Manager based in Noida, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Strategic Planning and Business Development skills
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Management capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Ability to analyze market trends and leverage data to make informed decisions
- Drive to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Self-motivation with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
