Job Title: Admission and Visa Process Executive
Role Objective
To manage student admissions and visa processing accurately and efficiently for international education destinations.
Key Responsibilities
· Counsel students on course, university, and country selection
· Prepare and submit applications to universities and colleges
· Coordinate offer letters, COEs, and enrolments
· Prepare GS/SOP and student visa documentation
· Liaise with institutions, embassies, and internal teams
· Track application and visa status and update students
· Conduct pre-departure briefings and post-visa support
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year experience in student admissions and visa processing
· Knowledge of Australia, UK, US, Canada, and other study destinations
· Strong organisational and communication skills
