Position Overview
We are looking for an
Admission Advisor– Sales Closures who can speak with interested and qualified prospects, understand their career goals, explain ElevateMe’s services, and guide them toward enrollment.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, sales confidence, follow-up discipline, and the ability to convert serious prospects into enrolled candidates.
The candidate should be comfortable handling consultation calls, explaining program value, answering concerns, and working toward monthly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with Prospective Candidates
- Speak with interested students and job seekers who are exploring career support options.
- Understand their background, job-search situation, goals, challenges, and urgency.
- Identify whether ElevateMe’s services are the right fit for their needs.
- Guide candidates with clarity and professionalism.
Conduct Program Explanation and conversion calls.
- Explain ElevateMe’s services in a clear and practical manner.
- Help prospects understand the value of structured job-search support, mentorship, interview preparation, and real-world project exposure.
- Conduct consultation or presentation calls with serious prospects.
- Move interested candidates toward enrollment with proper follow-up.
Handle Questions and Concerns
- Address common concerns related to pricing, timing, trust, family discussion, existing interviews, and decision-making.
- Build confidence by explaining ElevateMe’s process, support structure, and value.
- Maintain a balanced sales approach without overpromising.
Manage Follow-Ups
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up after every consultation or presentation call.
- Keep prospects engaged until a clear decision is reached.
- Avoid losing interested candidates due to delayed or weak follow-up.
Maintain CRM Updates
- Update all candidate interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Maintain proper notes, call outcomes, next steps, and follow-up dates.
- Track candidate movement from discussion to enrollment.
- Ensure clean and timely documentation of all sales activity.
Work with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with team leads, other admission advisors, and internal support teams when required.
- Share feedback on candidate concerns, lead quality, and conversion blockers.
- Support a smooth admission and enrollment process for selected candidates.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in inside sales, admission counseling, EdTech sales, career counseling, or B2C sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain services clearly and confidently.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance expectations.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates at different stages.
- Willingness to work on the night shift from the Ahmedabad office.
