Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role located in Surat. The Administrator will oversee daily school operations, manage effective coordination among different departments, ensure adherence to institutional policies, and maintain a positive and engaging school environment. Responsibilities include organizing school activities, managing staff performance, addressing parent and student concerns, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining records, assisting with admissions, and supporting the execution of academic and co-curricular programs.
Qualifications
- Organizational and Administrative Skills: Ability to manage school operations, staff coordination, and compliance with institutional policies.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in addressing diverse stakeholders, resolving issues, and building a positive school environment.
- Problem-Solving and Leadership Skills: Aptitude for strategic planning, conflict resolution, and driving operational efficiency.
- Attention to Detail and Time Management: Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate records effectively.
- Proficiency in Technology: Familiarity with administrative software, basic IT tools, and data management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in a school administration role is highly desirable.
