Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for an Administrator. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, manage service requests, support hardware and software troubleshooting, and coordinate part replacements. The individual will also maintain records, ensure smooth customer interactions, and uphold quality standards across all services provided by SINGH COMPUTER.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in Desktop Assembly, System Recovery, and Part Replacement (e.g., Memory, Hard Disk, RAM).
- Proficiency in Software Troubleshooting, Driver Installation, and Virus Removal.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve system errors, including no display issues or blue/white screen errors.
- Effective data handling capabilities, including Data Recovery from hard disks and memory cards.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining computer shop operations and coordinating maintenance tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to adapt to on-site work requirements and manage simultaneous tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant hands-on experience is an advantage.
