Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrator located in Indore. The Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinate with multiple teams, maintain records, and ensure organizational compliance with policies and procedures. The role also includes scheduling appointments, managing communications, and supporting the management team in the execution of organizational strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and manage internal and external communications
- Proficiency in administrative tools and software, such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Prior experience in administrative or office management roles is preferred
- Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
