Role Description The Administrator will support day-to-day office operations, including coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records and documentation, and handling correspondence with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, managing schedules, assisting with data entry, and ensuring accurate filing of production, quality, and compliance documents. The Administrator will collaborate with departments such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and export to streamline workflows and support timely completion of tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring regular presence at the facility to support smooth office operations and effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and comfort working with digital files and databases.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks, compliance documents, and operational data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work reliably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in administration, office management, or coordination roles; experience in healthcare or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
