Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, Experienced Assistant Manager – Admin & Supply Chain with total 22+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, financial accounting, and statutory compliance within manufacturing and trading industries. Skilled in vendor management, purchase negotiations, shipment coordination, inventory control, and supply chain operations. Proven ability to streamline procurement processes, control costs, and ensure smooth coordination between vendors, logistics partners, and internal teamsstakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and Administrative Assistance skills to efficiently manage office operations.
- Basic proficiency in Accounting for records maintenance and financial transactions.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and productivity tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with maximum supervision.
- Prior experience in a medical devices or healthcare-related environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience beneficial.
