We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support in a fast-paced motorsports environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating events, handling communication, and supporting senior management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
• Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management
• Organize motorsport event schedules, race-day logistics, and team coordination
• Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and official correspondence
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Liaise with race teams, sponsors, vendors, media, and regulatory bodies
• Track deadlines, event timelines, registrations, and documentation
• Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, visa processing, and itineraries
• Maintain records, contracts, and executive documentation
• Manage expense claims, invoices, and administrative budgeting
• Coordinate guest management during race events and corporate functions

• Experience in sports, events, or automotive industry will be an added advantage
