Role Description
The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for supporting the efficient daily operations of Fasta Pizza. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, handling customer queries, coordinating operational activities, assisting with financial documentation, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the team. The role demands an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for handling customer service and coordination effectively
- Proficiency in administrative assistance, including managing schedules, documentation, and operational support
- Analytical skills to solve problems, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency
- Basic knowledge of finance for managing budgets, financial reporting, or expense tracking
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with the food and beverage or QSR industry is a plus
