Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally and manage visitor registration and entry logs at the reception desk.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front office inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage courier dispatch and receipt, maintain courier in/out records, and coordinate with delivery partners.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Maintain and track office supplies, stationery inventory, and administrative materials.
- Provide HR and administrative support including follow-ups, coordination, and basic office assistance.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings with internal departments.
- Ensure the reception area, front desk, and office documents are organized and presentable at all times.
- Assist in general office administration, front office management, and coordination with different teams.
