Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Professional. The role is based in Bengaluru South, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and supporting daily business operations. Additional duties include providing administrative support for internal and client-based projects and ensuring efficient organizational processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration, Calendar Management, and Scheduling
- Strong Communication and Correspondence handling skills
- Ability to manage Records, Documentation, and File Organization effectively
- Competence in Time Management, Multitasking, and Prioritization
- Experience with IT tools and basic technical support is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in administrative operations
