Position: Administrative Services Manager (Government)

Role Responsibilities
- Oversee internal administrative operations including facilities, procurement, and records management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operational delivery
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative workflows
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives
- Manage documentation, compliance records, and organizational reporting systems
- Ensure efficient service delivery across departments through structured coordination
- Develop and improve administrative planning and operational processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Operations, or Management
- Experience in public administration, agency operations, or administrative services
- Strong understanding of process design, service delivery, and coordination workflows
- Experience with vendor management, procurement support, and budgeting processes
- Proficiency in records management and documentation systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a structured environment
