Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Administrative Officer cum Hindi and Social Science Educator. The role involves managing general administrative tasks, providing assistance to various departments, ensuring smooth organizational operations, and offering exceptional customer service. In addition to administrative duties, the incumbent will teach Hindi and Social Science, prepare lesson plans, assess student progress, and create a positive and interactive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance within an educational setting
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
- Excellent Organization Skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and schedules
- Subject expertise in Hindi and Social Science with the ability to create engaging and relevant lesson plans
- Experience in classroom management and student assessment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Hindi, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or IGCSE/IB curriculum is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and technology tools for administrative and teaching purposes
