Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Officer role based in Noida. The Administrative Officer will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and supporting internal coordination across academic and support teams. Responsibilities include overseeing front-desk activities, assisting visitors, responding to queries from students and parents, and ensuring smooth functioning of facilities and office supplies. The role also involves preparing reports, updating databases, supporting event and examination logistics, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. The Administrative Officer will work closely with management to implement administrative policies, uphold organizational standards, and contribute to an efficient, learner-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills for managing day-to-day operations, documentation, and office coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with students, parents, educators, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, maintain records, prioritize tasks, and support multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools, spreadsheets) and comfort with technology-enabled systems is preferred.
- Prior experience in an educational institution or service-oriented environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
