Job Overview
We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Security Officer / Admin In-Charge to oversee factory security, administration, and day-to-day facility management at our Module Mounting Structure (MMS) manufacturing plant in Bandikui.
Ex-servicemen are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall factory security and access control.
- Supervise security guards and ensure round-the-clock vigilance.
- Monitor entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain visitor records and gate pass documentation.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and general administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
- Coordinate with local authorities whenever required.
- Support HR in employee attendance, discipline, and administrative matters.
- Handle facility upkeep and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Experience in security, administration, or factory operations.
- Ex-servicemen preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and maintain discipline within the plant.
