Overall Purpose
The Administrative Officer, reporting to the Director will be responsible for delivering comprehensive front office, administrative, stores, and secretarial support to the organization. The role involves managing visitor reception, responding effectively to inquiries, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and answering as well as screening telephone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors and supports administrative and financial operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Plans and allocates organizational resources to support cross-functional team objectives.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and interpretation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the office and programs, with accurate documentation of all related expenses.
- Compile, document, and maintain records of General Staff meeting reports and attendance
- Supervise office security personnel and cleaning staff to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in social sciences or arts/humanities
- Minimum of three years’ work experience in Front Desk, management and Office,administration or a related function
- Multi-tasking skills
