We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the organization. The candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, manage administrative staff, coordinate with departments, and support operational efficiency.
Experience in educational institutions or college administration will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the administrative team
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational support
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage office infrastructure, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Monitor administrative budgets and expenses
- Organize meetings and prepare administrative reports
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Support management in operational planning and execution
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and internal activities
- Travel within Kochi for meetings or administrative coordination when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or related field
- Minimum 10 years of administrative experience
- Previous experience in college or educational institution administration preferred
